Tyler served on the board of the Collaborative Divorce Alberta Association from 2018 to 2024, including two terms as Board Chair. During his tenure, he helped advance awareness and adoption of Collaborative Law across Alberta.
Lethbridge Bar Association
Tyler served as a director on the association’s board in 2015 and 2016 and has remained a member since. Tyler has also contributed to “Lethbridge Law Days” by organizing the “Fairy Tale Trial” for children and arranging other social events.

Association of Family and Concillation Courts (AFCC)
Tyler has been an AFCC member since 2019 and regularly attends their training seminars to stay updated on caselaw, legislative changes, and the latest psychological and scientific advancements in family law.
Motorcycle Enthusiast
For Tyler, riding and touring motorcycles takes priority over modifying them. Tyler has traveled to ten states and four provinces on bike, including iconic destinations such as the Las Vegas Strip, California and Oregon Coasts, Disneyland, Univeral Studios, Alcatraz, Golden Gate Bridge, Hollywood Sign, Devil’s Tower, Mount Rushmore, Sturgis, and the Space Needle.
